At Art by Biesie Kofi, every piece is created and packaged with care. Your satisfaction matters, and we want you to feel confident with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The artwork or print must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Original Artwork

Because original artwork is one-of-a-kind, all sales on original paintings and commissioned pieces are final.

If your original artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged packaging

• Photos of the artwork

We’ll work with you on a replacement (if available), repair, or refund.

Prints & Eligible Merchandise

Prints may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or if there is an issue with your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged

• The wrong item was sent

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or an order error.

Damaged Orders
